Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kriminologické aspekty drogové kriminality v České republice s důrazem na analýzu trestněprávních norem spojených s drogovou trestnou činností. Drogy a drogová kriminalita v současné době představují palčivý společenský problém, který ovlivňuje nejen samotné uživatele drog, ale i celou společnost. Proto je z pohledu autorky nutné tomuto tématu věnovat pozornost a kriticky se zabývat platnou legislativou i jejím použití v praxi. Cílem této práce je nejen popsat aktuální stav právní úpravy, ale také poskytnout přehled o druzích a výši trestů ukládaných za trestné činy související s drogami. Práce rovněž reflektuje současné legislativní návrhy směřující ke změnám v právním rámci týkající se drog. Práce je členěna do šesti částí. První části diplomové práce podrobně rozebírá základní terminologii potřebnou pro správnou orientaci a pochopení celé práce. Následně je analyzován současný stav nelegálních drog v České republice, přičemž autorka vybrala 3 v České republice nejužívanější drogy, které blíže popsala. Pro porozumění současnému právnímu kontextu bylo do druhé části diplomové práce zařazeno pojednání o historickém vývoji právní úpravy drogových deliktů. Třetí část diplomové práce se věnuje analýze současné právní úpravy drogových trestných činů. Analýza se zaměřuje... The thesis focuses on the criminological aspects of drug crime in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the analysis of criminal law norms related to drug crime. Drugs and drug crime currently represent a pressing social problem that affects not only the drug users themselves, but also the whole society. Therefore, from the author's point of view, it is necessary to pay attention to this topic and critically examine the current legislation and its application in practice. The aim of this thesis is not only to describe the current state of legislation, but also to provide an overview of the types and levels of punishment imposed for drug-related offences. The thesis also reflects on current legislative proposals aimed at changes in the legal framework relating to drugs. The thesis is divided into six sections. The first part of the thesis discusses in detail the basic terminology necessary for proper orientation and understanding of the whole thesis. Then, the current state of illegal drugs in the Czech Republic is analysed, and the author has selected the 3 most commonly used drugs in the Czech Republic, which she describes in more detail.
