Tématem výzkumu bylo zvládání dvojí péče (doma i v práci) zdravotnickým personálem. Práce obsahuje kvantitativní analýzu zaměřenou na postavení pečujících, identifikaci problémů, kterým pečující čelí, a na hledání možných řešení. Výsledky z kvalitativní analýzy ukazují situaci osob v předdůchodovém věku a postavení pečujících o děti do 12 let v období pandemie covidu-19. The subject of the research was the coping of carers with double care (at home and at work). The paper includes a quantitative analysis focusing on the position of carers, identifying the problems they face and possible solutions. The results of the qualitative analysis show the situation of pre-retirees and the position of carers of children under 12 years of age during the COVID-19 pandemic.
