Diplomová práce "Snížení rozsahu dorzální flexe hlezenního kloubu jako časný příznak u dětí s chorobou CMT 1A" se zabývá chorobou Charcot-Marie-Tootha časnými projevy tohoto onemocnění u dětských pacientů. V teoretické části práce jsou na základě literární rešerše shrnuty poznatky o chorobě CMT, o specifikách této choroby u dětských pacientů, časných projevech choroby, jejím průběhu v dětství a významu změn funkce hlezenního kloubu u pacientů s chorobou CMT 1A. V praktické části práce jsou hodnoceny časné projevy nemoci u deseti dětí schorobou CMT 1A ve věkovém rozmezí 3 - 10 let. V rámci práce byla posuzována možnost využití testu stoje na patách jako jednoduchého testu při časné diagnostice choroby CMT 1A u dětí již od tří let věku. Předmětem výzkumu bylo také posouzení rozsahu časných projevů nemoci a porovnání naměřených výsledků se skupinou zdravých dětí. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The diploma thesis "Decreased Ankle Joint Dorsal Flexion as Initial Symptom of Children with CMT 1A Disease" is concerned with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and its early symptoms in children. The theoretical part of the paper summarizes the knowledge about the CMT disease on the basis of a research of available literature and it particularly focuses on specific characteristics of the disease in children patients, initial symptoms of the disease, development of the disease in childhood and the importance of functional changes of the ankle join in patients diagnosed with CMT 1A disease. The experimental part of the paper analyses initial symptoms of ten children in age range from 3 to 10 years diagnosed with CMT 1A disease. The thesis further critically evaluates the heel standing test as an easy diagnostic method in the early stages of the CMT 1A disease available for children from three years of age.
