Granty Evropské výzkumné Rady (ERC granty) jsou považovány za jedny z nejprestižnějších grantů, jejichž jediným kritériem je vědecká excelence. Účast vědců a vědkyň v České republice je u těchto grantů nízká. Studie analyzuje zjištění vycházející z dotazníku, která proběhla mezi vědci*kyněmi a výzkumníky*nicemi a která se týkala konkrétních důvodů nízké účasti na ERC grantech a překážek, na které vědci a vědkyně naráží. European Research Council grants (ERC grants) are considered among the most prestigious grants, with scientific excellence as the sole criterion. The participation of women researchers in the Czech Republic in these grants is low. The study analyses the findings based on a questionnaire survey conducted among male and female researchers regarding the specific reasons for the low participation in ERC grants and the barriers encountered.
