Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzájemnou interakcí volně žijící zvěře v agroekosystému a zemědělským hospodařením. V práci je pojednáno o souvisejícím přírodním prostředí a vlivu intenzivního zemědělství negativně ovlivňující přírodu a krajinu. Také je zde popsána polní zvěř, která je nezbytnou součástí přírody a je hlavním zájmem mysliveckého hospodaření. Byl proveden komentář k souvisejícím právním požadavkům, které vymezují pravidla pro ochranu zvěře, přírody a krajiny při zemědělské výrobě. V praktické části byla vytvořena a ověřena metodika vyhledávání mláďat srnčí zvěře pomocí bezpilotního letounu a nesené termovizní kamery v porostech pícnin za účelem její následné ochrany. Zvěř byla vyhledávána ve stanovených výzkumných plochách v regionu Vysočiny v trvalých travních porostech a jeteli lučním. Na základě získaných výsledků bylo prokázáno, že zmíněná technika – bezpilotní letoun, je plně použitelná pro vyhledávání a možnou následnou záchranu srnčat v porostech pícnin v podmínkách uživatelů honiteb či zemědělských subjektů. This thesis deals about coexistence game living on field agrosystem and agricultural management. In this thesis is discussed about natural environment and the impact of intensive agriculture negatively affecting nature and landscape. In this thesis is discussed about field game, which is necessary part of nature and is the meaning of hunting management. Commentary has been made on to legislation, which is about game protection, nature and landscape protection at agricultural production. In the practical part of this thesis we verify the methodology searching of roe deer cub with drone and carryable thermal imaging cameras in forage for the purpose of its subsequent protection. Game was searching in destined research areas on Vysočina in permanent grassland and clover. Based on the results we detect, it has been shown that the unmanned dron is fully usable for searching and saving reo deer cup in forage in conditions of users of hunting grounds or agricultural entities.
