Implementace inovačního modelu leadershipu pro vybranou organizaci destinačního managementu. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2015. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření inovačního modelu leadershipu pro vybranou organizaci destinačního managementu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na 2 části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis a srovnání klasického/inovativního leadershipu, pracovního prostředí, leadera, týmu a motivace. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu organizace CzechTourism a výzkumy vybraných společnosti, které vedou k pochopení systému leadershipu a pracovního prostředí ve vybraných TOP inovačních společnostech s globálním dopadem. Implementation of an innovative model of leadership for the selected destination management organization. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The bachelor thesis has for objective to create an innovative model of leadership for the selected destination management organization. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the descripti-on and comparison of classical / innovative leadership, working environment, leader, team and motivation. The practical part contains an analysis and research organization CzechTourism selected companies, which lead to the understanding of leadership and working environment in selected TOP innovative companies with a global impact.
