Předmětem bakalářské práce "Podnikatelský plán v oblasti gastronomie" je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající podnik zaměřený na poskytování služeb v oblasti gastronomie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se podnikání a jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části jsou využity popsané principy a navržen konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro začínající firmu. The aim of bachelor thesis "Business plan in gastronomy" is writing a business plan for start-up providing services in gastronomy. The thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. Former describes basic terms of entrepreneurship and particular parts of business plan. Subsequent part focuses on applying explained principles and design business plan for start-up.
