Vzhledem k postupujícím klimatickým změnám a zvyšující se populaci, rostou nároky na výkonost obilnin ve všech oblastech. Včetně klasického šlechtění již hojně využívaných plodin se pozornost začíná obracet k méně tradičním, ale perspektivním plodinám. Do této skupiny patří také tritordeum, které je mezirodový hybrid mezi rody Triticum a Hordeum. Touto plodinou se také zabývá tato práce. Bylo analyzováno 14 vzorků tritordea, jeden vzorek pšenice a jeden vzorek tritikale pomocí iPBS primerů. Bylo identifikováno přes 200 polymorfních míst a pro jednotlivé primery byly vypočteny statistické hodnoty PIC (polymorfní informační obsah), DI (index diverzity) a PI (pravděpodobnost identity). Data vygenerované primery byly statisticky vyhodnoceny a byl sestaven dendrogram. Na jeho základě došlo k odlišení pšenice, tritikale a tritordea. Zároveň byly vzorky vysety v polním pokusu ve středoevropských podmínkách. Sledovaly se hlavně výnosové parametry a odolnost vůči chorobám. Nejlepších výsledků dosáhla odrůda Bulel a šlechtitelská linie HT 460. Given the progressing climatic changes and the increasing population, there are increasing demands on all aspects of the productivity of the cereals. Aside from the typical cultivation of already widely used crop plants, the attention is starting to shift to less traditional, but promising plants. This also includes tritordeum, which is an intergeneric hybrid between the Triticum and Hordeum family. This plant is the topic of this thesis. Of the samples analyzed via the iPBS primers, 14 were tritordeum, one was wheat and one was triticale. Over 200 polymorphic places were identified and for each primer was calculated the statistical value of PIC (polymorphic information content), DI (diversity index) and PI (probability of identity). The data generated by the primers were statistically evaluated and a dendrogram was created. Based on the dendrogram, the wheat, triticale and tritordeum were differentiated. Simultaneously samples were sown for a field experiment in the Central European conditions. The experiment mainly monitored the yield parameters and resistance against diseases. The best results were got from the Bulel variety and the cultivation line HT 460.
