Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem migrace a rozmístění socioekonomic-kých aktivit na rozvoj příměstských zón aglomerace města Brna. Vysvětluje pojmy suburbanizace a základní typy tohoto procesu, tedy rezidenční a komerční suburbanizaci. Na základě statistických dat, mapových podkladů a strategických dokumentů deskriptivně popisuje rozvoj daného území od roku 1989. Cílem je na základě kvantitativních ukazatelů a vlastního pozorování popsat situaci ve sledovaném území. This bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of migration and distribution of socio-economic activities for developing the suburban zones in the Brno agglomeration. It explains the term of suburbanization as well as the basic types of this process - the residential and commercial suburbanization. Based on the statistic data, maps and strategic documents it describes the development of the given area since the year 1989. The goal of my work is to describe the situation in the observed area based on the quantitative indicators and my own observation.
