Josefi, P., Řízení nákladů v podniku MOOD International, s.r.o., bakalářská práce. Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2017. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nákladů a jejich řízením ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy, které se týkají nákladů, jejich členění a řízení. První část je zpracována na základě dostupné odborné české i zahraniční literatury. Druhá část je praktická. V úvodu této části je charakteristika společnosti. Dále jsou zde uvedeny základní ekonomické ukazatele, druhové členění nákladů, fixní a variabilní náklady, bod zvratu a jako poslední je hodnocena finanční situace společnosti pomocí ukazatelů. Nakonec jsou shrnuty veškeré výsledky a jsou navržena doporučení pro společnost. Josefi, P. Cost Management in the business MOOD International, Ltd. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of costs and their management in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and there are the basic concepts that relate to costs, their classification and management. The first part is based on available professional Czech and foreign literature. The second part is practical. At the beginning of this part is the company's characteristics. Here are also the basic economic indicators, generic classification costs, fixed and variable costs, break-event point and the last one is evaluated the financial situation of the company using the indicators. Finally all results are summarized and are suggested recommendations for the company.
