Cílem práce je zmapovat systém přijímání pacientů do hospitalizace na lůžkovém oddělení psychiatrie a v souvislosti s ním popsat možné způsoby tvoření terapeutického vztahu s pacientem již při prvním kontaktu. Psycholog v České republice na příjmovém oddělení v aktuální době nefiguruje, prvotní kontakt pacienta s institucí tedy zprostředkovává zdravotnický personál. Ráda bych ukázala možné přínosy začlenění psychologa do tohoto přijímacího procesu. Literárně přehledová část obsahuje popis vytváření vztahu pacienta k instituci v souvislosti s příjmem akutních pacientů do hospitalizace. Budu se zde zabývat technikami pro vytvoření pozitivního prvního kontaktu, tedy navazování klienta na instituci. Konkrétněji práce bude řešit i zacházení s agresivními pacienty a krizovou intervenci, jelikož pocit důstojnosti nebo její ztráty akutních pacientů na urgentním příjmu již ovlivňuje jejich důvěru k instituci. Návrh výzkumu bude uzpůsoben dosud neprobádané oblasti přítomnosti psychologa u příjmu do hospitalizace. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou, kterou se budu zabývat, bude, zda přítomnosti psychologa při příjmu do hospitalizace ovlivní počet negativních reverzů. V důsledku navázání pozitivně laděného vztahu s institucí budu sledovat počet pacientů, kteří se opětovně po podání negativního reverzu do instituce... The aim of this thesis is to map the system of admission of patients to inpatient psychiatric wards and to describe possible ways of forming a therapeutic relationship with the patient at the first contact. In the current situation in the Czech Republic, psychologist is not present in the admission ward, so the initial contact of the patient with the institution is mediated by the medical staff. I would like to show the possible benefits of including a psychologist in the admission process. The literature review part includes a description of the formation of the patient's relationship with the institution in the context of admission to acute care hospitals. I will discuss techniques for creating a positive first contact, i.e., bonding of the client to the institution. More specifically, the thesis will also address the management of aggressive patients and crisis intervention, as the dignity of acute admission patients already affects the relationship and trust with the institution and trust. The research design will be tailored to the as yet unexplored area of a psychologist's presence at admission to hospital.
