Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí a jejími případnými specifiky ve stejnopohlavních vztazích. Rozebírá definici, znaky, formy a cyklus domácího násilí, stejně jako jeho příčiny a následky pro oběť. Identifikuje aktéry, tedy násilnou a ohroženou osobu, s důrazem na genderové odlišnosti. Teoretická část dále věnuje pozornost vymezení homosexuality a párového stejnopohlavního soužití, jakož i domácímu násilí v těchto vztazích a jeho četnosti v České republice i v zahraničí. Také se zabývá krátkým seznámením s oblastí sociální práce s obětmi domácího násilí a sociální práce s lidmi s menšinovou sexuální orientací. Výzkumná část představuje kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s cílem zjistit zkušenosti sociálních pracovníků s domácím násilím ve stejnopohlavních vztazích a zjistit, zda vnímají nějaká specifika u této cílové skupiny. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence and its possible specifics in same-sex relationships. It discusses the definition, characteristics, forms, and cycle of domestic violence, as well as its causes and consequences for the victim. It identifies the actors, i.e. the violent and the threatened person, with an emphasis on gender differences. The theoretical part also focuses on the definition of homosexuality and same-sex couples, as well as domestic violence in these relationships and its frequency in the Czech Republic and abroad. It also deals with a brief introduction to the field of social work with victims of domestic violence and social work with people with minority sexual orientation. The research part is qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with the aim to find out the experiences of social workers in the Czech Republic with domestic violence in same-sex relationships.
