V systému penitenciární péče České republiky se v posledních letech zvýšil počet vězněných žen, nezanedbatelnou část z nich tvoří matky nezletilých dětí. Vyvstává otázka, jak je k nim přistupováno a co se děje s jejich dětmi během matčina pobytu ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Budeme se zabývat hledáním prostoru pro sociální práci v podpoře kontaktu žen ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody s jejich nezletilými dětmi nejen ze strany sociálních pracovníků věznic samotných, ale i dalších subjektů, které mohou s rodinným systémem pracovat. The question arises as to how they are treated and what happens to their children during the mother's stay in prison. We will deal with searching for a space for social work in supporting of the contact of women in prison with their minor children not only by the social workers of the prisons themselves, but also by other social work entities that work with the family system.
