V posledních deseti letech se výrazně zvedl zájem o výzkum vysoké citlivosti, která je definována jako geneticky podmíněný znak charakteristický zvýšenou citlivostí a reaktivitou na environmentální a sociální podněty. Vysoce citliví lidé mají tendenci reagovat intenzivněji na emoční stres, jsou snáze přetíženi a čelí vyššímu riziku zhoršení svého psychického zdraví a well-beingu. Na druhou stranu, tito jedinci mají vyvinutější schopnost vnímat pozitivní stránky života a více profitují ze svého příznivého prostředí, což může naopak přispět jejich celkovému well-beingu. Na rozdíl od dřívějších studií, které se zaměřovaly na negativní dopady vysoké citlivosti na psychické zdraví, tato bakalářská práce zkoumá celkový vliv na osobní pohodu a životní spokojenost. Skládá se z literárně-přehledové a výzkumné části. Teoretická část definuje vysokou citlivost a well-being a shrnuje metody jejich hodnocení, zatímco empirická část analyzuje vztah mezi vysokou citlivostí a well-beingem, a mezi vysokou citlivostí a životní spokojeností. Výzkum probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření a data byly analyzovány korelační analýzou a regresní analýzou. Výsledky ukázaly, že vysoká citlivost má sice negativní vliv na well-being, nicméně nemá negativní dopady na životní spokojenost. V budoucnu by bylo přínosné podrobněji... Over the past decade, there has been a significant increase in research surrounding high sensitivity, a genetically predisposed trait characterized by heightened sensitivity and reactivity to environmental and social stimuli. It appears that high sensitive individuals may be more susceptible to emotional stress, overwhelm and poor mental health. On the other hand, the same individuals also tend to perceive the positive aspects of life more intensely and may derive greater benefits from a supportive environment, which could, in turn, promote their well-being and life satisfaction. In contrast to prior studies predominantly focusing on the adverse effects of high sensitivity on mental health, this bachelor's thesis explores its comprehensive influence on experienced well-being and life satisfaction. The thesis comprises two main sections: a theoretical exploration defining high sensitivity and well-being and outlining assessment methods, and an empirical analysis examining the relationship between high sensitivity and well-being, as well as high sensitivity and life satisfaction.
