Práce je srovnáním přístupu vybraných členských států: ČR, Polska a SRN k migrační krizi 2015. Jako teoretický rámec práce byl vybrán liberální mezivládní přístup Andrewa Moravcsika. Moravcsik předpokládá, že je evropská integrace tvořena třemi fázemi: kumulace domácí prevence, jednání na mezivládní úrovni a realizace uzavřených dohod. První část empirického výzkumu se soustředí na analýzu kumulace domácí preference k migrační krizi 2015 ve vybraných členských státech. Zde je analyzován vliv vnitropolitických subjektů na výslednou domácí preferenci. Jakmile je domácí preference v ČR, Polsku a SRN definována, zkoumá tato práce jednání vybraných členských států na mezivládní úrovni v Radě EU. Pozornost je věnována zejména mezivládnímu jednání ministrů vnitra a zahraničních věcí v Radě EU během roku 2015. Na základě analýzy jednání zástupců vlády v Radě EU je možné sledovat, zdali jednaly jednotlivé státy v souladu s domácí preferencí či nikoliv. Teorie liberálního mezivládního přístupu totiž předpokládá, že vlády jednají na základě výsledné domácí preference s cílem udržení si volebního úspěchu i v nadcházejících obdobích. Na základě srovnání přístupu ČR, Polska a SRN k migrační krizi v roce 2015 je možné sledovat, jakým způsobem se liší postoj státu zakládajícího (SRN) oproti státům přístupovým (ČR... The thesis compares the approach of selected Member States: the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany to the 2015 migration crisis. The theoretical framework of the thesis is based on Andrew Moravcsik's liberal intergovernmental approach. Moravcsik assumes that European integration consists of three phases: national preference formation, bargaining of substantive agreements, and the creation or adjustment of institutions to commit to and secure concluded outcomes. The first part of the empirical research focuses on the analysis of the national preference formation during the migration crisis in the selected member states. This part examines the influence of domestic political actors on the resulting domestic preferences. Once the domestic preferences in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany are defined, this thesis scrutinezes the intergovernmental bargaining of the selected Member States at the EU Council. In particular, I pay close attention attention to the intergovernmental negotiations of the Ministers of Interior and Foreign Affairs at the EU Council during 2015. By analysing the negotiations of government representatives in the EU Council, it is possible to observe whether individual states acted in accordance with domestic preferences.
