Úhrada zdravotních služeb jinak ze zdravotního pojišt ní nehrazených Rigorózní práce se v nuje institutu mimo ádné úhrady zdravotních služeb jinak ze zdravotního pojišt ní nehrazených tak, jak je vymezen § 16 zákona o ve ejném zdravotním pojišt ní. Obsahem rigorózní práce je nejen zasazení tohoto institutu do celého systému ve ejného zdravotního pojišt ní, ale zejména detailní rozbor hmotn právních i procesních podmínek pro úhradu zdravotních služeb ze zdravotního pojišt ní jinak nehrazených, v etn související judikaturní praxe a historického vývoje sou asného právního stavu. První kapitola je v nována p edstavení systému ve ejného zdravotního pojišt ní v eské republice, v etn základních princip , na nichž je vystav n, a dále v etn základního rámce jeho právní úpravy. P edstaven je také rozsah nároku pojišt nce na úhradu zdravotních služeb z ve ejného zdravotního pojišt ní a n kterých otázek souvisejících s úhradou zdravotních služeb tak, aby došlo k zasazení institutu mimo ádné úhrady do celého tuzemského systému úhrad zdravotní pé e. Obsahem druhé kapitoly je detailní rozbor jednotlivých hmotn právních podmínek poskytnutí úhrady pro zdravotní služby jinak ze zdravotního pojišt ní nehrazené.
