Additionally, the goal was to create a comprehensive list of technical swimming drills for improving freestyle technique training, supplemented with visual material for better clarity. Methods: The research employed a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through a survey distributed to swimming clubs in the Central Bohemian Region and Prague, which participated in the 2023 Summer Czech Swimming Championships. Technical drills were sourced from a review of professional literature. Subsequently, visual material was created. An analysis of the visual material was conducted using non-participant observation. Results: The research results indicate that coaches use technical drills to develop freestyle swimming technique. However, it is evident from the responses that coaches do not dedicate enough time or utilize a wide variety of technical drills during training.
