Česká romská menšina patří v Evropské unii k nejdiskriminovanějším. Přístup sociálních pracovníků, kteří pomáhají Romům řešit problémy způsobené touto diskriminací, má však svá specifika. Jedním ze základních předpokladů úspěšné sociální práce je vytvoření důvěry ve vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a romským klientem. Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vztah mezi sociálním pracovníkem a romským klientem, s důrazem na důvěru. Teoretická část popisuje koncepty sociální práce, důvěry a romského obyvatelstva. Následně jsou tyto koncepty propojeny a popisuji tak důvěru v kontextu sociální práce, romské klienty v sociální práci a důvěru v kontextu romského obyvatelstva. Dále se v práci věnuji dvěma výzkumným otázkám - Výzkumná otázka 1: Jak se projevuje, buduje a přenáší důvěra v kontextu sociální práce s romskými klienty? a Výzkumná otázka 2: Jakým způsobem se sociální práce přizpůsobuje kulturním kontextům klientů romského původu? V analytické části práce analyzuji data získaná prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a zúčastněného skrytého pozorování ve vybraných službách, především v nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež a v předškolním klubu. Within the European Union, the Czech Roma minority faces one of the highest levels of discrimination. However, the approach of social workers who help Romani people solve problems caused by this discrimination has its specificities. Building trust in the relationship between the social worker and the Romanui client is one of the essential requirements for successful social work. My bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between a social worker and a Romani client, with an emphasis on trust. The theoretical part describes the concepts of social work, trust, and the Roma population. Furthermore, these concepts are interconnected, thus I describe trust in the context of social work, Romani clients in social work, and trust within the Roma population.Additionally, my work addresses two research questions - Research Question 1: How does trust manifest, build, and transfer within the context of social work with Romani clients? and Research Question 2: How does social work adapt to the cultural contexts of Romani clients? In the analytical part of the work, I analyze data obtained through semi-structured interviews and participant observation in selected services, primarily in a low-threshold facility for children and youth and in a preschool club.
