Název: Porovnání objemu a intenzity pohybové aktivity dětí předškolního věku participující v organizované a neorganizované pohybové aktivitě Cíle: Cílem práce je porovnat objem a intenzitu míry pohybové aktivity pěti až šestiletých dětí, které navštěvují gymnastickou přípravku a dětí, které se věnují pouze volnočasovým pohybovým aktivitám. Metody: Jedná se o teoreticko-empirickou práci, ve které byly realizovány dvě měření jednorázového sběru u souboru 34 dívek ve věku pěti až šesti let, rozdělených do dvou skupin (MŠ a GYM) dle participace v organizované nebo volnočasové pohybové aktivitě. Pro monitoring pohybové aktivity byly použity akcelerometrické přístroje (Actigraph GT9X) a formulář týdenní pohybové aktivity. Pro analýzu a vyhodnocení dat byly využity statistické metody: Shapiro-Wilkův test, Mann-Whitneyho U-test, dvouvýběrový t-test, Chí-kvadrát test a metody popisné statistiky. Výsledky: Výsledky Mann-Whitneyho U-testu i dvouvýběrového t-testu provedeného pro stanovení rozdílu objemu pohybové aktivity ve všech hladinách intenzity u sledovaných skupin MŠ a GYM ukazují, že statisticky významné rozdíly (α = 0,05) jsou v případech celkového objemu pohybové aktivity za týden ve všech hladinách intenzity a v hladině nízké intenzity. Title: Comparison of the volume and intensity of physical activity of preschool children participating in organised and non-organized physical activity Objectives: The aim of the study is to compare the volume and intensity of physical activity in five to six-year-old children who attend a gymnastics preparation and children who attend just leisure time activities. Methods: This is a theoretical-empirical thesis in which two one-time measurements were made on the sample of 34 girls aged five to six years, divided into two groups (MŠ and GYM) based on their participation in organised or leisure-time physical activity. Accelerometers (Actigraph GT9X) and a weekly physical activity form were used to monitoring of physical activity. Statistical methods used for data analysis and evaluation included the Shapiro-Wilk test, Mann-Whitney U-test, two-sample T-test, Chi-square test, and descriptive statistical methods.
