Milan Šebek Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapie u dětí s opožděným vývojem Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Vývojové opoždění je klinickým termínem označujícím situaci, kdy dítě nedosahuje očekávaných milníků v daném věku. Tato práce se zabývá diagnostikou, hodnocením a trendy v terapii dětí s opožděným vývojem. Důkladná diagnostika je nezbytná pro identifikaci případných specifických vývojových poruch, jako jsou poruchy koordinace a dětská mozková obrna. V České republice neexistuje jednotný nástroj pro hodnocení vývoje v rámci preventivních prohlídek, v zahraničí je patrná tendence k používání standardizovaných dotazníků. Sledování vývoje dětí z pohledu fyzioterapeuta je možné standardizovanými nástroji, které poskytují také možnost sledování účinnosti terapie. V ČR nejvyužívanější terapeutické koncepty jako je Vojtova terapie, Bobath koncept, BPP a ACT nabízejí různé metody podpory motorického vývoje, v literatuře o jejich účinnosti ale najdeme rozporuplné informace. Intervence zmiňované v zahraniční literatuře, jako je COPCA, GAME a START-Play, zdůrazňují zapojení rodiny a stimulaci dítěte k vlastnímu pohybu. Tyto přístupy mají slibné výsledky, spolu s pravidelným monitorováním vývoje, mohou výrazně přispět k optimalizaci... BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author: Ing. Kristína Fulková Supervisor: Ing. Milan Šebek Title: Physiotherapy for children with developmental delay Abstract: Developmental delay is a clinical term referring to a situation where a child does not reach expected milestones at a given age. This paper discusses the diagnosis, assessment and trends in the treatment of children with developmental delay. A thorough diagnosis is essential to identify specific developmental disorders such as developmental coordination disorder and cerebral palsy. In the Czech Republic, there is no uniform tool for developmental assessment in well-child visits, while abroad there is a tendency to use standardized questionnaires. Monitoring of children's development from the physiotherapist's perspective is possible with standardized instruments, which also provide the possibility of monitoring the effect of therapy. In the Czech Republic, the most used therapeutic concepts such as Vojta therapy, Bobath concept, BPP and ACT offer different methods of supporting motor development, but there is contradictory information in the literature about their effectiveness.
