Bakalářská práce s názvem ,,O motivaci ke studiu ošetřovatelství na vysoké škole'' se zabývá motivací studentů Všeobecného a Pediatrického ošetřovatelství. Cíle: Záměrem práce je zjistit motivaci respondentů, studentů bakalářského studijního programu pro přípravu všeobecných sester ke studiu na vysoké škole. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány jednotlivé kapitoly, které souvisí s danou problematikou. Jsou popsány nosné pojmy, jako motivace a motivy, dále se práce okrajově zabývá historií vysokoškolského studia ošetřovatelství, aktuálním vzděláváním všeobecných sester a s tím spojenou legislativou. V empirické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky vlastního anketního šetření a jejich komparace s výsledky studií na stejné či obdobné téma. Metody: K dosažení záměru práce bylo realizováno anketní šetření, jehož cílovou skupinou byli studenti 2. a 3. ročníků Všeobecného a Pediatrického ošetřovatelství. Do vlastního šetření bylo zařazeno 246 vyplněných dotazníků. Výsledky: Na základě statistického vyhodnocení dat bylo zjištěno, že 43,09 % respondentů studuje z důvodu nutnosti titulu k výkonu profese a 64,23 % respondentů ke studiu i pracuje. 76,02 % dotazovaných by si znovu ke svému studiu zvolilo bakalářský studijní program ošetřovatelství, ale pouze 15,85 % z nich by rozhodně volilo i... The bachelor's thesis entitled ''On motivation to study nursing at university'' deals with the motivation of students of General and Pediatric nursing. Objectives: The aim of this study is to find out the motivation of the respondents, students of the bachelor study program for the preparation of general nurses to study at the university. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, individual chapters related to the given issue are elaborated. Key terms such as motivation and motives are described, and the study marginally deals with the history of higher education in nursing, the current education of general nurses and related legislation. The empirical part of the study presents the results of the own research and their comparison with the results of studies on the same or similar topic. Methods: In order to achieve the aim of work, a questionnaire survey was carried out, the target group of which was students of the 2nd and 3rd years of General and Pediatric Nursing. 246 completed questionnaires were included in the survey itself. Results: Based on the statistical evaluation of the data, it was found that 43,09 % of respondents are studying because of the need for a degree to practice their profession, and 64,23 % of respondents are also working while studying. 76,02 % of the respondents...
