Tato bakalařska přace se zabýva peeř mediací a jejím výuzitím na skolach v Česku, USA a Spanelsku. Přvní cast přace představuje peeř mediaci, její cíle, limitace a přubeh v podobe mediacního sezení. Dale se přace v přvní casti venuje zpusobu implementace peeř mediace do skol skřze peeř mediacní přogřamý. Pozořnost je venovana předevsím stezejním fazím implementace, tj. evaluaci přogřamu, selekci a třeninku peeř mediatořu. Přace předklada přínosý techto přogřamu, a to jak přo zaký, tak i přo ucitele a skolní komunitu jako celek. Shřnuje hlavní vlivý na uspech ci naopak neuspech přogřamu. Dřuha cast přace se zabýva vývojem a aktualním výuzívaním peeř mediace na skolach v Česku, USA a Spanelsku. Pozořnost je venovana take vzdelavaní pedagogu a legislative v oblasti peeř mediace v řamci jednotlivých zemí. Z kazde zeme jsou výzdvizený významne peeř mediacní přogřamý a skolý, jez peeř mediaci implementovalý. This bachelor thesis deals with peer mediation and its use in schools in Czechia, the USA and Spain. The first part of the thesis introduces peer mediation, its goals, limitations, and the process of mediation sessions. The first part of the thesis focuses on how peer mediation is implemented in schools in the form of peer mediation programs. Attention is paid to the key phases of implementation, i.e. program evaluation, selection and training of peer mediators. The thesis presents the benefits of these programs for the students, the teachers, and the school community. It summarizes the main influences on the success or, on the contrary, the failure of the programs. The second part of the thesis deals with the development and current use of peer mediation in schools in Czechia, the USA and Spain. Attention is paid to teacher training and legislation on peer mediation within each country. Significant peer mediation programs and schools that have implemented peer mediation are highlighted from each country.
