Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby novostavby bytového domu v Nosislavi. Bytový dům je navržen na pozemku ležícím na severním okraji obce, pozemek je rovinatý. Objekt bytového domu je navržen jako samostatně stojící s jedním podzemním podlažím a se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem pět bytových jednotek, z toho je jedna bytová jednotka navržena jako 1+KK, ostatní bytové jednotky jsou navrženy jako 3+KK. V suterénu objektu se nachází technické zázemí, skladovací prostory jednotlivých bytů a společné prostory, jako je společný sklad, dílna a společenská místnost. Nosný systém je kombinovaný stěnový, svislé nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny ztraceným bedněním v podzemním podlaží a pórobetonovými s vápenopískovými tvárnicemi v nadzemních podlažích. Vodorovná nosná konstrukce je řešena jako monolitický železobetonová deska. Jednotlivé podlaží spojuje dvouramenné monolitické železobetonové schodiště. Zastřešení je provedeno krovem z příhradových vazníků s pálenou keramickou střešní krytinou. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and processing of project documentation for the construction of a new residential building in Nosislav. The residential building is designed on a plot located on the northern edge of the village, the site is leveled. The building of the apartment house is designed as a detached house with one underground floor and two above-ground floors. There are a total of five residential units on the upper floors, one of which is designed as 1+KK, the other residential units are designed as 3+KK. In the basement of the building there is the technical background, storage space for each apartment and communal areas such as a shared warehouse, workshop and community room. The load-bearing system is a combined wall system, the vertical load-bearing structures are made up of lost formwork on the underground floor and lightweight concrete with lime-sand blocks on the above-ground floors. The horizontal load-bearing structure is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The individual floors are connected by a two-arm monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is constructed as a truss roof with ceramic roofing. The building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
