Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby pro novostavbu bytového domu v Jevíčku. Cílem práce je vytvořit komplexní a detailní dokumentaci, která bude splňovat veškeré legislativní požadavky a usnadní efektivní realizaci projektu. Stavba je navržena jako čtyřpodlažní, částečně podsklepená, zastřešená plochou střechou. Čtvrté podlaží je od zbylých odlišeno svým tvarem a kaskádovým efektem. V objektu se nachází 9 bytových jednotek. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy ze zdících vápenopískových tvárnic. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny pomocí stropního systému RECTOBETON. Balkóny jsou umístěny na severovýchodní a jihozápadní straně budovy. Terasy pro byt v 4NP jsou celkem tři, kdy jedna je orientována na severozápadní, jedna na jihozápadní a jedna na severovýchodní stranu. Okolí stavby je rovinaté, na severozápadní straně je terén svažitý směrem k objektu. Na jihovýchodní straně pozemku je parkoviště s 19 místy pro osobní automobily. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in Jevíček. The aim of the work is to create comprehensive and detailed documentation that will meet all legislative requirements and facilitate the effective implementation of the project. The building is designed as a four-story structure, partially with a basement, with a flat roof. The fourth floor stands out from the rest due to its unique shape and cascading effect. The building comprises 9 residential units. The vertical supporting structures are designed using masonry sand-lime blocks, while the horizontal supporting structures utilize the RECTOBETON ceiling system. Balconies are situated on the northeast and southwest sides of the building. Additionally, there are three terraces for the apartment on the 4th floor, one facing northwest, one southwest, and one northeast. The surroundings of the building are flat, with the terrain sloping towards the building on the northwest side. A parking lot with 19 spaces for passenger cars is located on the southeast side of the property.
