Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby těla ventilu ze slitiny mědi CuZn40Pb2. V úvodu práce je provedena analýza možných způsobů výroby, přičemž jako nejvhodnější byla vybrána metoda vícecestného kování. Na základě zhodnocení technologičnosti jsou provedeny úpravy tvarů, předepsány přídavky na obrábění a stanoveny mezní úchylky rozměrů. Jsou navrženy dvě geometrie nástrojů, které jsou ověřeny pomocí numerické simulace. Ty jsou zavedeny i z důvodu zjištění potřebné kovací síly. Z objemu výkovku je určen polotovar 60 x 115 mm. Ten je indukčně ohříván na kovací teplotu a poté kován v jedné operaci na klikovém lise LZK 2500 P/SH. Na závěr proběhne ostřižení výronku pomocí lisu LKOA 200. The work deals with the manufacturing of a valve body from copper alloy CuZn40Pb2. The introduction of the work includes an analysis of possible manufacturing methods, with multi-way forging being selected as the most suitable method. Based on the evaluation of manufacturability, shape modifications are made, machining allowances are prescribed, and dimensional tolerances are determined. Two tool geometries are proposed and verified using numerical simulation. These are also used to determine the required forging force. From the volume of the forging, a raw material 60 x 115 mm is determined. It is inductively heated to forging temperature and then forged in one operation on the crank press LZK 2500 P/SH. At the and the flash is trimmed using the LKOA 200 press.
