Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na segmentaci významných struktur v obrazových datech sítnice s cílem zlepšit diagnostiku a léčbu očních onemocnění. V práci jsou zkoumány a implementovány metody analýzy obrazů sítnice. Práce začíná přehledem anatomie oka a principů snímání očního pozadí pomocí fundus kamery a experimentálního video oftalmoskopu. Následuje podrobná literární rešerše zaměřená na aktuální metody detekce a segmentace diagnosticky významných struktur, jako jsou optický disk, žlutá skvrna a krevní cévy. Klíčovou částí práce je implementace a testování vybraných algoritmů, včetně Houghovy transformace pro detekci optického disku, OTSU prahování pro segmentaci krevních cév a detekci žluté skvrny na základě předchozí segmentace optického disku. This bachelor thesis focuses on the segmentation of significant structures in retinal image data to improve the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Methods of retinal image analysis are investigated and implemented in this thesis. The thesis begins with an overview of the anatomy of the eye and the principles of background eye imaging using a fundus camera and an experimental video ophthalmoscope. This is followed by a detailed literature search focusing on current methods for the detection and segmentation of diagnostically important structures such as the optic disc, macula and blood vessels. A key part of the work is the implementation and testing of selected algorithms, including Hough transform for optic disc detection and OTSU thresholding for blood vessel segmentation and yellow spot detection based on previous optic disc segmentation.
