Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem interní komunikace ve zvolené společnosti Stupka s.r.o. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základních pojmech komunikace a je doplněna o současné přístupy ke komunikaci, jako jsou rozvržení komunikace dle generace Y a Z, nebo nové chatovací platformy v elektronických komunikačních kanálech. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout takové změny, které povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti a budou udržitelné i v jejím dalším rozvoji. Návrhovým opatřením předchází analýza současného stavu, která probíhala kvalitativní metodou výzkumu, a to konkrétně přímými rozhovory se zaměstnanci společnosti. The thesis deals with the topic of internal communication in the chosen company Stupka s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts of communication and is supplemented by current approaches to communication, such as the layout of communication according to Generation Y and Z, or new chat platforms in electronic communication channels. The main goal of the thesis is to propose changes that will lead to an improvement of the current state of internal communication in the selected company and will be sustainable in its future development. The design measures are preceded by an analysis of the current state, which was carried out using a qualitative research method, specifically through direct interviews with company employees.
