Cieľom tejto záverečnej práce bola analýza súčasného stavu zariadenia, teda už robotizovanej CNC frézky OPTIMUM BF20L na automatizačnej platforme od spoločnosti B&R Automation. Rešeršná časť diskutuje možnosti stavby obrábacieho stroja, prvky spojené s pohybom stroja, možnosti generovania trajektórie nástroja pre CNC, ich použitie vrátane príslušných výhod a nevýhod. Vlastná štúdia bola zameraná na zlepšenie dynamických vlastností pohybu osí a teda aj výsledného pohybu nástroja, počas jeho prechodov a zaoblení, so zohľadnením vzniknutej vôle v konštrukcii obrábacieho stroja. The aim of this thesis is to analyze current state of the device, which is robotized CNC milling machine OPTIMUM BF20L, driven by B&R Automation hardware. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of a machine construction and its elements related to the machine’s movement, possibilities of generating a tool path for CNC, their usage and associated advantages and disadvantages. The goal of the study was to improve the dynamic characteristics of axis movement, and the resulting tool movement during its transitions and rounding, considering the clearance in machine design and its components.
