Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace diagnostiky matrix karet v testovacím systému Keysight, se kterou se firma potýká a následně její zautomatizovaní. Teoretická část obsahuje seznámení s testovací jednotkou a jeho komponentů. V první častí návrhu je popsána problematika a možné řešení za pomocí programu. V druhé častí návrhu je teoretické srovnání dvou metod z pohledu nákladu, času a spolehlivosti. Praktická část obsahuje samotný program, srovnání metod z praktického pohledu, a nakonec porovnání teoretických a praktických výsledků. This thesis deals with issue of optimization of matrix card diagnostics in the Keysight test systém, which the company is dealing with, and his automation. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the test unit and his components. The first part of the proposal describes the issue and possible solutions by program. In the second part of the proposal, there is a theoretical comparison of the two methods in terms of cost, time and reliability. The practical part contains the program itself, a comparison of methods from a practical point of view and finally a comparisonof theoretical and practical results.
