Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření a fundraisingu vybrané neziskové organizace, konkrétně Nadačního fondu Českého rozhlasu. V úvodu je uvedeno shrnutí cílů této bakalářské práce spolu s metodami, které byly v průběhu práce využity k jejich dosažení. Hned poté následuje část, která je zaměřena na teoretické prameny odborné literatury, které jsou nedílnou součástí podkladů pro zpracování analytické části bakalářské práce. V této části práce je provedena analýza vývoje hospodaření organizace za pomocí analýzy nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření. Následuje celkové zhodnocení hospodaření neziskové organizace. Na závěr bakalářské práce jsou představeny vlastní návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace Nadačního fondu Českého rozhlasu. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the management and fundraising of a selected non-profit organization, specifically Nadační fond Českého rozhlasu. The introduction summarizes the goals of this bachelor's thesis together with the methods that were used during the work to achieve them. Right after that, there is a part that is focused on theoretical sources of literature, which are an integral part of the documents for processing the analytical part of the bachelor's thesis. In this part of the thesis, an analysis of the development of the organization's management is carried out using the analysis of costs and revenues. The following is an overall evaluation of the management of the non-profit organization. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, suggestion for improving the financial situation of the Nadační fond Českého rozhlasu are presented.
