Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout zařízení umožňující testování cylindrických lithiových článků zatěžováním při kontrolované teplotě. Pro dosažení požadovaného teplotního rozsahu byl vytvořen vlastní termoelektrický model TEC článku s teplotní závislostí parametrů a byla zvolena vhodná metoda chlazení článků. Pro tento chladič byl vytvořen tepelný model. Byl vytvořen zjednodušený model lithiové baterie typu 18650. Na základě MKP analýzy byly určeny očekávané teplotní ztráty na baterii, teplotní spád na baterii a dynamika přechodných jevů. Byl vytvořen celkový tepelný model systému, podle kterého byl zvolen vhodný počet a typ TEC článků. Pro tuto konfiguraci článků byly zjištěny optimální napájecí proudy a navrženo řízení. Na prototypu tohoto zařízení byl ověřen termální model a požadované vlastnosti. The aim of this thesis is to design a device that allows testing of cylindrical lithium cells by testing the load at controlled temperature. To achieve the desired temperature range, a custom thermoelectric model of the TEC cell with temperature dependency of the parameters was developed and a suitable cooling method for the cells was selected. A thermal model was developed for this cooler. A simplified model of the 18650 type lithium battery was created. Based on FEM analysis, the expected temperature loss on the battery, the temperature gradient on the battery and the dynamics of transients were determined. An overall thermal model of the system was developed, according to which the appropriate number and type of TEC cells were selected. Optimal supply currents for this cell configuration were determined and control was designed. The thermal model and the required characteristics were verified on a prototype of this device.
