Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem produktového portfolia neziskové organizace v oblasti organizace hudebních workshopů na Moravě a ve Slezsku. Rozvoj je cílen na rozšíření pokrytí trhu a získání prostředků pro realizaci vzdělávací činnosti a šíření lidové tradice, hudby napříč generacemi. Teoretická část představuje rešerši literatury v oblasti strategického řízení rozvoje firem, zde užívaných analyticko-výzkumných metod a dále specifik neziskových organizací nebo etnografického členění. V rámci analýzy jsou aplikovány postupy a metody 7S rámce, GAP analýzy, 4C rámce, Porterovy analýzy pěti sil k uchopení vnitřních a vnějších vlivů. Průzkumy a rozhovory jsou provedeny s cílem identifikace potenciálu poptávky a vhodného nastavení obsahu, formy workshopů. Návrhy obsahují lokace pro uspořádání workshopů, jejich formu průběhu a celkové zhodnocení v podobě rozpočtu nákladů či opatření přínosu pro organizaci vůči stanoveným cílům. The diploma thesis deals with the development of the product portfolio of a non-profit organization in the field of music workshops organization in Moravia and Silesia. The development is aimed at expanding the market coverage and obtaining funds for the implementation of educational activities and dissemination of folk tradition, music across generations. The theoretical part presents a literature research in the field of strategic management of business development, analytical-research methods used here, as well as the specifics of non-profit organizations or ethnographic regions. The analysis applies the procedures and methods of the 7S framework, GAP analysis, 4C framework, Porter's five forces analysis to grasp internal and external influences. Surveys and interviews are conducted to identify potential demand and appropriate content, format of the workshops. Proposals include locations, the format of the workshops and an overall evaluation in the form of a cost budget or the benefits to the organization against the stated objectives.
