Závěrečná práce se zabývá tvorbou konstrukčního návrhu lineární pohybové osy pro měřící zařízení centroskop. Byla provedena rešerše na poli nabízených centroskopů a následující práce vycházela ze zadaných parametrů. V systémovém rozboru bylo posouzeno použití daných typů konstrukčních uzlů. Základní koncept stavby stroje byl finálně určen při volbě vhodné varianty, zde bylo využito multikriteriální analýzy. Následovala podrobná konstrukce jednotlivých částí stroje, zahrnovala technické výpočty a MKP analýzu. K sestavení osy centroskopu došlo digitálně v programu Autodesk Inventor. Následně byla vytvořena výkresová dokumentace sestavení s kusovníkem a některé další výkresy významných součástí. Nad rámec zadání byl vytvořen i základní koncept nosného rámu osy. The final thesis deals with the creation of a structural design of a linear motion axis for the measuring device centroskop. A search in the field of offered centroscopes was carried out and the following work was based on the specified parameters. In the system analysis, the use of the given types of design nodes was considered. The basic concept of the machine structure was finally determined by selecting a suitable variant, here multicriteria analysis was used. This was followed by a detailed design of the individual machine parts, involving engineering calculations and FEA analysis. The centroscope axis was built digitally in Autodesk Inventor. Subsequently, an assembly drawing with parts list and some additional drawings of major components were created. Beyond the brief, a basic concept of the axis support frame was also created.
