Bakalářská práce orientuje svou pozornost na vypracování návrhu na rozšíření portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů o akcie technologického sektoru. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na možné fungování hedge funds v soudobých podmínkách České republiky včetně popisu investičních fondů a právních aspektů. Následující část je soustředěna na investice do akcií a finanční analýzu, kde je představena analýza poměrových ukazatelů a metody mezipodnikového srovnávání společně s bankrotní modely. Počátek praktické části představuje statut fondu a primární výběr společností. Vyhovující společnosti jsou nadále podrobeny finanční analýze, mezipodnikovým srovnáváním a bankrotním modelem. Závěr praktické části spočívá v rozložení jednotlivých společností do portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů dle dosažených výsledků analýz. The bachelor thesis focuses its attention on the development of a proposal to supplement the investment portfolio of the hedge fund of by shares of the technology sector. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the possible functioning of hedge funds in the contemporary conditions of the Czech Republic, including a description of investment funds and legal aspects. The following section focuses on investing in shares and financial analysis, where an analysis of ratios, methods of intercompany comparisons are presented together with bankruptcy models. The beginning of the practical part is devoted to fund status and primary company selection. Suitable companies are further subjected to financial analysis, intercompany comparisons, and bankruptcy models. The conclusion of the practical part lies in the distribution of individual companies into the portfolio of the hedge fund, according to the results analyses achieved.
