Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby krabičky na mýdlo rotačního tvaru z chrom-niklové austenitické oceli 1.4301 o tloušťce 0,5 mm s výrobní sérií 50 000 kusů ročně. Vzhledem k velikosti série byla zvolena technologie vystřižení a tažení bez ztenčení stěny na jednu tažnou operaci v rámci jednoho nástroje. Na základě rozboru možnosti výroby nástroje a potřebných výpočtů byl navržen nástroj pro výrobu víčka a nástroj pro výrobu spodního dílu krabičky. Následně byly vybrány odpovídající hydraulické lisy. Pro výrobu víčka byl zvolen lis CUPS 25 DEU od firmy HŠV Polička s tvářecí silou 250 kN a pro výrobu spodní části krabičky lis PPCT 200 od firmy Formetal s tvářecí silou 2000 kN. Výrobní proces je plně automatizován díky odvíjecí, rovnací a šrotovací lince od společnosti Šmeral. This thesis concerns the design and production of a rotary-shaped soap box made of chrome-nickel austenitic steel 1.4301 0.5 mm thick, with a production batch of 50,000 boxes per year. Due to the size of the batch, the cutting and drawing technology without wall thinning was chosen for one drawing operation using a single tool. Based on analysis of the possibility of producing the tool and the necessary calculations, a tool was designed for the production of the lid and another tool was designed for the production of the lower part of the box. The corresponding hydraulic presses were then selected. A CUPS 25 DEU press from HŠV Polička with a forming force of 250 kN was selected to produce the lid and a Formetal PPCT-200 press with a forming force of 2000 kN was selected to produce the bottom part of the box. The production process is fully automated with an unwinding, straightening and scrapping line from Šmeral.
