Tato diplomová práce, se zaměřuje na návrh konceptu modelu určeného pro stanovení cenového odhadu počáteční investice do konstrukce fotovoltaického systému a hodnocení jeho návratnosti. Práce zahrnuje analýzu spotřebního chování vybraných domácností a posouzení klíčových vstupních parametrů nezbytných pro design osobní fotovoltaické elektrárny. Na základě získaných dat, je vyvinut koncept modelu, jehož schopnosti jsou demonstrativně prezentovány a dále diskutovány v rámci této práce. Koncept modelu umožňuje efektivní přípravu cenových nabídek a analýz návratnosti, což přináší významný přínos pro zefektivnění činnosti cenového návrhu fotovoltaického systému. This master thesis focuses on the design of a model for estimating the initial investment cost in constructing a photovoltaic system and assessing its payback. The thesis includes an analysis of the electricity consumption behavior of selected households and an assessment of the critical input parameters necessary for designing the photovoltaic power plant system. Based on the data obtained, a model has been developed, the capabilities of which have been demonstrated in the example and are further discussed within this thesis. The model enables efficient preparation of quotations and payback analyses, which brings significant benefits to streamlining photovoltaic power plant system pricing activities.
