Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro řízení znalostí zaměstnanců na konkrétním oddělením. Součástí práce je analýza rozvojové mezery a potřeb za pomocí databázového nástroje Skill Matrix. Na základě zjištěných rozvojových mezer jsou navrženy postupy a opatření, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současného stavu a uspokojení budoucích požadavků na výrobu. This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a system for managing employee knowledge in a specific department. The thesis includes a development gap and needs analysis using the Skill Matrix database tool. Based on the identified development gaps, procedures and measures are proposed to improve the current status and meet the future production requirements.
