Legionella spec. je pro člověka nebezpečným druhem bakterie vyskytující se ve vodním prostředí. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na preventivní a legislativní ošetření těchto bakterií ve vodách otevřených chladicích systémů. V první části jsou popsány základní vlastnosti Legionella spec., onemocnění způsobené těmito bakteriemi a stručně jsou okomentovány vybrané epidemiologické události. Další část se věnuje chladicím systémům se zaměřením na otevřené chladicí systémy. Na závěr jsou popsány legislativní a regulativní rámce ochrany proti bakteriím rodu Legionella v Německu, Polsku, Rakousku, na Slovensku a ve Velké Británii. Podrobně jsou popsány také opatření České republiky. Z porovnání jednotlivých legislativních opatření je patrné, že by měla Česká republika do svého legislativního aparátu přijmout opatření týkající se bakterií rodu Legionella. Legionella spec. is dangerous type of bacteria for humans, commonly found in aquatic environments. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on preventive and legislative measures addressing these bacteria in wates of open cooling systems. The first part describes basic properties of Legionella spec., diseases caused by these bacteria, and briefly comments on selected outbreaks. The next section is devoted to cooling systems, with a focus on open cooling systems. The final part describes legislative and regulatory frameworks for protection against Legionella bacteria in Germany, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom. The measures taken in the Czech Republic are also describes in detail. The comparison of the various legislative measures indicates that the Czech Republic should adopt measures concerning Legionella bacteria into its legislative framework.
