Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Britterm a.s. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. První část práce se věnuje základní teorii strategického řízení a ukazatelů výkonnosti. Druhá část využívá poznatků z teoretické části k vyhodnocení současné situace společnosti. Tato zjištění slouží jako základ pro poslední část, která se zabývá implementací Balanced Scorecard. Cílem této implementace je navrhnout opatření pro měření a zlepšení výkonnosti společnosti. This thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of Britterm a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The first part of the thesis deals with the basic theory of strategic management and performance indicators. The second part uses the knowledge from the theoretical part to evaluate the current situation of the company. These findings serve as the basis for the last part, which deals with the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. The aim of this implementation is to propose measures to measure and improve the company's performance.
