Bakalářská práce na téma Bytový dům zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro novostavbu bytového domu s provozovnou. Bytový dům je řešen jako plně podsklepený s jedním podzemním a třemi nadzemními podlažími. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technická místnost a sklepní kóje. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází provozovna, byt pro osobu s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace a bytová jednotka. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází celkem 6 bytových jednotek. Objekt je řešen jako zděný z keramických broušených tvárnic, pouze suterén je zděný z dutých tvárnic, které jsou vyplněné předepsaným betonem a výztuží. Základové konstrukce jsou řešené jako betonové pasy. Schodiště a stropní konstrukce je z monolitického železobetonu. Zastřešení objektu je pomocí jednoplášťové ploché střechy. Dům je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. The bachelor thesis on the topic Residential house elaborates the project documentation for a new building of a residentail house with a business premises. The residential building is designed as a fully basement with one underground and three above-ground floors. In the underground floor there is a technical room and a cellar. On the first floor there is an office, an apartment for a person with limited mobility and orientation and a residentail unit. On the second and third floors are a total of 6 residential units. The building is designed as brickwork made of ceramic cut blocks, only the basement is made of hollow blocks filled with prescribed concrete and reinforcement. The foundation structures are designed as concrete strips. The staircase and ceiling structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing of the building is by means of a single-skin flat roof. The house is insulated with a contact insulation system.
