Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou merania na 3D súradnicových meracích strojoch, a s tým súvisiacim programovaním meracích operácií v softvéri Calypso od spoločnosti ZEISS. Prvá časť práce je venovaná systému ISO GPS. Druhá časť práce sa venuje súradnicovým meracím strojom a základných princípom programovania meracích operácií. Praktická časť práce je zameraná na vytvorenie programu merania testovacieho obrobku HSC obrábacích strojov. V tejto časti je vypracovaná základná technická dokumentácia a je vytvorený program merania obrobku. Po vykonaní merania na 3D súradnicovom stroji ZEISS ECLIPSE 1000 sú namerané hodnoty spracované a vyhodnotené. V rámci vybraných charakteristík obrobku je znázornené štatistické vyhodnotenie nameraných hodnôt spolu s posúdením zhody so špecifikáciou podľa normy ČSN EN ISO 14253-1:2023. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of measurement on 3D coordinate measuring machines and the related programming of measurement operations in Calypso software from ZEISS. The first part of the thesis deals with the ISO GPS system. The second part of the thesis deals with coordinate measuring machines and basic principles of programming measuring operations. The practical part of the thesis is focused on creating a program for measuring the test workpiece of HSC milling machines. In this part, the basic technical documentation is developed and the workpiece measurement program is created. After the measurement on the 3D coordinate machine ZEISS ECLIPSE 1000, the measured values are processed and evaluated. Within the selected characteristics of the workpiece, the statistical evaluation of the measured values is shown together with the assessment of conformity with the specification according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 14253-1:2023.
