Tato práce se zaměřuje na návrh a konstrukci poloautomatického zařízení pro nanášení práškových materiálů v konformních povlacích. Práce shrnuje současné metody a zařízení pro nanášení práškových materiálů. Z těchto existujících metod byly vybrány jednotlivé principy, které byly implementovány do návrhu a konstrukce. Těmito principy jsou fluidizace, stříkání a tryskání. Výsledkem je dokončená konstrukce zařízení, které je robustní a efektivní pro různé typy práškových materiálů. This thesis focuses on the design and construction of a semi-automatic device for powder coating in conformal coatings. The work summarizes current methods and equipment for powder coating. From these existing methods, particular principles have been selected and implemented in the design and construction. These principles are fluidization, spraying and blasting. The result is a completed equipment design that is robust and efficient for various types of powder materials.
