Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hodnotením reálnej kondície existujúceho objektu z hľadiska stavebno-konstrukčného. Cieľom práce je analyzovať aktuálny stav objektu, iden- tifikovať možné problémy a navrhnúť vhodné riešenia pre jeho sanáciu a zlepšenie. Práca sa zameriava na podrobnú diagnostiku objektu, vrátane skúmania použitých materiálov, stavebných techník a aktuálnych poškodení. Na základe získaných údajov sú formulované odporúčania pre ďalší postup, ktorý zabezpečí dlhodobú životnosť a bezpečnosť objektu. This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the real condition of an existing building from a structural perspective. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the building, identify potential problems, and propose appropriate solutions for its repair and improvement. The work focuses on a detailed diagnosis of the building, including the examination of materials used, construction techniques, and existing damages. Based on the collected data, recommendations are formulated for further steps to ensure the long-term durability and safety of the building.
