Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhotovení projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení a provádění stavby na základě architektonické studie, která vznikla v rámci výuky předmětu BGA036 – Ateliér obnovy památek. Tématem studie byla obnova památkově chráněné renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích, která ztratila svůj původní účel administrativní budovy a nyní čeká na nové využití. Bakalářská práce obnovy radnice v Hostěradicích vychází z požadavků vlastníka budovy, provedených analýz místa stavby a prostorových limitů, které stavba a řešené území umožňují. Na základě těchto vstupních podkladů je vytvořena koncepce, při které se spojují historické a novodobé stavební vrstvy do uceleného řešení a do budovy se vnáší nový kulturní a společenský život. Využití prostorů radnice jsou navrženy s ohledem na velikost a potřeby obce. Navrhované prostory jsou multifunkční a umožní pořádání různorodých vnitřních i venkovních kulturní akcí. Součástí řešení jsou i komerčně pronajímatelné ateliéry a prostory pro služby včetně hygienického zázemí. Součástí bakalářské práce je i zaměření na urbanistický kontext radnice, zlepšení stavebně-technický vlastností budovy a docílení jednotného výrazu budovy s použitím moderních prvků. Radnice si klade za cíl stát se kulturním centrem obce, které si zachová svou historickou hodnotu. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to prepare project documentation for building permits and construction implementation based on an architectural study, which was created within the course BGA036 - Atelier of Monuments Restoration. The subject of the study was the restoration of the listed Renaissance town hall in Hostěradice, which had lost its original purpose as an administrative building and is now waiting for a new use. The bachelor's thesis of the restoration of the town hall in Hostěradice is based on the requirements of the building owner, the analyses carried out on the site and the spatial limits that the building and the area under consideration allow. Based on this input, a concept is developed that combines historical and modern building layers into a coherent solution and brings new cultural and social life to the building. The use of the Town Hall premises are designed with the size and needs of the community in mind. The proposed spaces are multifunctional and will allow for a variety of indoor and outdoor cultural events. Commercially rentable studios and service spaces including sanitary facilities are also part of the solution. The bachelor's thesis also includes a focus on the urban context of the town hall, improving the building's structural and technical performance and achieving a unified expression of the building using modern elements. The town hall aims to become a cultural centre of the village that retains its historical value.
