Diplomová práce se zabývá automatizací procesu zahořování digitronů. Vznikla za účelem řešení problémů současného zahořovacího stroje ve firmě Dalibor Farný, která vyrábí digitrony a digitronové hodiny. Práce nejdříve seznamuje čtenáře s digitrony, jejich konstrukcí a principy. Následuje zhodnocení současného stavu zahořovacího stroje a návrh automatizovaného řešení. Poté bude proveden návrh nového stroje, konstrukce a vývoj software. Závěrem budou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky. This master’s thesis is focused on automation of the nixie tube burn-in process. It was created to solve the problems of the current burn-in machine used in the company Dalibor Farny, which manufactures nixie tubes and nixie tube clocks. The thesis first introduces the reader to nixie tubes, their construction, and principles. This is followed by an evaluation of the current state of the burn-in machine and a proposal for an automated solution. Then the new machine design, construction and software development will be carried out. Finally, the achieved results will be evaluated.
