Ve svém projektu zpracovávám přetvoření pozemku nynější Malenovické pily v novou bytovou zástavbu. Třída Tomáše Bati, která je určujícím rušivým elementem místa, bude vizuálně i akusticky odcloněna administrativní budovou s komerčním parterem a nárožní osmipatrovou budovou polikliniky, která bude přirozenou výškovou dominantou nové urbanistické struktury. Za nimi se nachází klidná zóna bytových domů. Uprostřed dispozice bytových domů se nachází polouzavřené atrium, kterého je využíváno jako termoregulační zóny na základě komínového a skleníkového efektu. In my project, I am addressing the task of transforming the site of the current Malenovická sawmill into a new housing development. Tomáš Batas’ street, which is the defining interfering element of the location, will be visually and acoustically shielded by an administrative building with a commercial ground floor and an eight-story polyclinic building on the corner. Providing a natural dominant cover for the new urban structure, we will find the quiet residential zone in the periphery containing the apartment buildings. A key element of my project is the semi-enclosed atrium, which provides a thermoregulation zone based on the chimney and greenhouse effect.
