Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu v lokalitě Zlín - Malenovice na místě Malenovické pily. Součástí práce je urbanistická studie celého areálu. Řešená lokalita malenovické pily se nachází mezi rušnou dopravní tepnou a zástavbou soliterních rodinných domů. Urbanistický návrh reaguje na silné i slabé stránky této polohy. Návrh bytového domu je, v duchu FCK technology, založen zejména na principu příčného provětrávání. Zásadní byla také práce se zelení a zohlednění blízkosti okolní zástavby rodinných domů. Výsledkem návrhu je soubor čtyř bytových domů s celkovým počtem 60 bytů. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a residential building in the locality of Zlín - Malenovice on the site of Malenovická pila. The project includes an urban study of the entire area. The location of Malenovická pila is situated between a busy traffic artery and the development of solitary family houses. The urban design responds to both the strong and weak aspects of this location. The design of the residential building is primarily based on the principle of cross-ventilation, following the FCK technology. Significant emphasis was also placed on working with greenery and considering the proximity to the surrounding residential buildings. The result of the design is a set of four residential buildings with a total of 60 apartments.
