Tato práce se zabývá návrhem systémové elektroinstalace a energetického managementu pro rodinný dům s fotovoltaickou elektrárnou. Současný stav elektroinstalace domu nevyhovuje dnešním standardům. Teoretický úvod práce se zabývá popisem systémové elektroinstalace a systémů pro řízení budov. Další část práce se zabývá návrhem fotovoltaické elektrárny na střeše domu. Návrh byl ekonomicky zhodnocen včetně dotačních programů. Byl navržen řídicí systém domu, který bude efektivně řídit provoz domu a minimalizovat provozní náklady. Byl navržen energetický management, který efektivně využije energii vyprodukovanou fotovoltaickou elektrárnou. Byla zpracována projektová dokumentace, která bude použita pro budoucí realizaci. This work deals with the design of system wiring and energy management for a family house with a photovoltaic power plant. The current state of the house's electrical installation does not meet current standards. The theoretical introduction of the work deals with the description of system electrical installation and building management systems. Another part of the work deals with the design of photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the house. The design was economically evaluated, including subsidy programs. Home control system has been designed to effectively manage the home's operations and minimize operating costs. Energy management was designed, which will effectively use the produced photovoltaic power. Project documentation was prepared, which will be used for future implementation.
