Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategické koncepce posilující konkurenceschopnost firem poskytujících služby na trhu interim managementu v České republice. Literární rešerše obsahuje zvolený teoretický rámec použitý v následujících částech. Analytická část popisuje situaci na vybraném trhu včetně identifikace výzev, příležitostí a problémů. Navazující návrhová část práce, obsahuje strategickou koncepci konkurenceschopnosti rozpracovanou na úrovni konkurenčních výhod vedoucích k posílení postavení firem na trhu. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a strategic concept strengthening the competitiveness of companies providing services on the market of interim management in the Czech Republic. The literature review contains the selected theoretical framework used in the following sections. The analytical part describes the situation on the selected market, including the identification of challenges, opportunities and problems. The follow-up design part of the work contains a strategic concept of competitiveness developed at the level of competitive advantages leading to the strengthening of the position of companies on the market.
