V diplomové práci je řešena problematika spolupráce mezi pedagogem a asistentem pedagoga na prvním stupni základní školy. Teoretická část vymezuje roli asistenta pedagoga, předpoklady nastavení dobré spolupráce pedagoga s asistentem pedagoga a osobnostní předpoklady asistenta pedagoga. Cílem práce je objasnit, jakým způsobem spolupráce mezi těmito dvěma pedagogickými pracovníky v současné době probíhá, včetně různorodých možností vzájemné kooperace, které následně mohou pozitivně ovlivnit efektivitu výuky. V empirické části byl využit kvalitativní přístup, design případové studie. Metodou sběru dat byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Data byla získávána jak od pedagogů, tak i asistentů pedagogů na prvním stupni základní školy. Saturace dat byla podpořena obsahovou analýzou školních dokumentů. Analýza dat byla uskutečněna prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování a dalších metod vhodných pro analytické šetření. Výsledky šetření odhalily, jakým způsobem probíhá spolupráce mezi pedagogem a asistentem pedagoga na vybrané základní škole, silné nebo slabé stránky této spolupráce, zda jsou ve škole nastaveny dobré podmínky pro spolupráci mezi pedagogy a asistenty pedagoga, a jakým způsobem škola podporuje spolupráci mezi oběma pedagogickými pracovníky. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between a teacher and a teacher's assistant at the first level of elementary school. The theoretical part defines the role of the teaching assistant, the prerequisites for good cooperation between the teacher and the teaching assistant, and the personality requirements of the teaching assistant. The goal of the thesis is to clarify how the cooperation between these two teaching staff currently takes place, including various possibilities for mutual cooperation, which can subsequently positively affect the effectiveness of teaching. In the empirical part, a qualitative scientific method called a semi-structured interview was used. Data were collected from both teachers and teaching assistants at the first level of elementary school. Data saturation was supported by content analysis of school documents. Data analysis was conducted through open coding and other methods appropriate for qualitative scientific methods. There sults of the survey revealed how the cooperation between the teacher and the teaching assistant takes place at the selected elementary school, the strengths or weaknesses of this cooperation, whether the school has good conditions for cooperation between the teachers and the teaching assistants, and how the school supports the...
